One of most eloquent and expansive properties located in the Cochella valley dessert. One can’t go wrong with more than 40+ pools on the property, PGA golf course and a world renowned spa. Bungalow style rooms provide a secluded environment and the plentiful shopping and dinning options make it hard to leave the property post arrival.
A long winding driveway leads to a Mediterranean/Spanish style foyer and entry fountain. With a several person valet team ready to whisk your car away. Upon entering the lobby, equipped with its low ceilings, historical plaques, fireplaces and ample seating options, the guest services team was efficient and effective. Much quicker than comparable desert properties! Depending upon where your room is, you can find yourself near the adults only and largest of 40+ pools, the tropical and expansive waterfall feature, or the historically renowned tennis court. Each of the rooms is bungalow style, providing for secluded experience and something totally unique to La Quinta. I would suggest getting a suite or casita to provide for optimal privacy and Additonal outdoor space.
The dining options on property are endless! The renowned Morgans or Twenty6 or even a gourmet mini market for late night drinks or snacks. Or perhaps venture down the road to the popular (and my personal favorite) The Nest, The Pink Cabana, or Mastros Palm Desert. In addition to this property, I would recommend St Regis, JW Marriott, or the historical Sands. Be sure to book in advance particularly in high season.
