If you were one of the many Americans opting for summer road trip rather than airfare, you must check out the Dove Mountain Ritz Carlton. Nestled in the Sonoran desert, in one of the most desolate parts of Arizona, sits the beautiful and opulent resort that is the Ritz-Carlton Dove Mountain. A Grand entrance complete with numerous chandeliers and large rooms accompanied by a beautiful balcony overlooking the golden brown curves of the mountains and endless cacti. Since the resort is in a rather remote area activities may include: golfing, hiking, or lounging by one of the two beautiful large pools. A serene desert escape I must say. The lower pool is complete with a expansive slide and deep waters whilst the upper pool features several lounge chairs allowing guests to relax in the water and sip on any cocktail of their Choice. While there are several on property dining options just down the road sets a few local favorites but I would certainly recommend checking out. You may want to spend at least a few days here getting away from the hustle and bustle and truly enjoying the American Southwest.
