48 hours in Scottsdale

Luxury shopping, championship golf courses, and expansive, lux resorts. East of Phoenix and South of Sedona, Scottsdale is the perfect warm weather get away. A popular snowbird destination or a quick trip to warmer climates and desert landscapes. Making the most out of this unique town means concentrating on lounge and outdoors.

Get Outdoors!

Whether golfing at one of the exclusive courses, or hiking the expansive desert, there are a multitude of options. At the edge of the popular JW Marriott lays Camelback Mountain. Sitting at an elevation of 2700 feet, Camelback offers two main trails Chola and Echo Canyon. Both hikes are fairly difficult and offer exceptional views diverse flora throughout the hike. For the golfers out there, we would recommend TPC and We-Ko-Pa Golf Club. TPC is a stadium course offering an excellent clubhouse, wide fairways and green grass. Comparatively, nearby We-Ko-Pa Golf Club offers exceptional Sonora desert views, and a more challenging course including elevated tees.

Lounge!

Spa days are essential on a relaxing weekend. One can never go wrong with a treatment at the Four Seasons, always the go-to for all things spa. Located in north Scottsdale, The Four seasons Troon presents 360 desert views and a variety of private suite accommodations that include a desert fireplace and private outdoor pool. Another exceptional spa destination belongs to, The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. This diamond resort offers the full VIP treatment and is especially private.
