Le Meridien Santa Monica

Recently stayed at the Le Meridien in Santa Monica CA. This place can be described as trendy,modern, and hip. The semi convienent location is rather modern in decor and has moderate aminites. The hotel’s understated decor could use some updating and wow factor. We did receive a complementary room upgrade as well as free champagne toast, bike rentals for use anywhere around the city, and access to the house car for local destinations. The free illy coffee in the lobby and in the room, were appreciated. The small European touches throughout the property were dually noted and enjoyably unique to the area. 

Concerns: The house car is only available 8-8 which makes it difficult to arrange transpiration for dinner, night life. Nice pool, however no hot tub on the property.  I would stay again, however it would not be my first choice. No hot tub, and small bar, contributes to my desire to seek out a new establishment.
